Man’s life is not exactly as he assumes it is. From Genesis, God repented for making man and man’s life span reduced. When man’s life span reduced, the problem is not with time but the problem is with man. Someone righty said that we don’t lose time, we lose ourselves. You don’t waste time, you waste yourself. Every time when you are supposed to love and you are fighting, you are wasting yourself. Time will always be there. Through this message, God want you not to waste yourself. God wants you to maximize the time that you have. Maximize yourself. Reach out the best way. Be the best of you. The scripture is very clear n the book of Ecclesiastes 3v1-9 clear about this. There is time for everything. Right now, you might be going through loneliness or depression or loss or disappointment but in our lives, there are seasons and Christ has given us the best seasons. And the best season Christ has given us is the redemption season. When He redeemed us, we came to the place of salvation. We are in the saved season. When we are saved in this saved season, we face situations but what we consider will take our attention more. For example, there are those who consider summer to be terrible. So, that takes their attention. Don’t focus on the season. Focus on the one makes the season – the creator. He can change the season in its season. He can change the season for you. He can change the monsoon for you. He did it for Gideon, Joshua, Moses etc., He can do it for you as well. The sun stood still. God changed the season. Moses had several seasons in his life. There was one time when he was enjoying as a prince of Egypt. He was taught all the information of a royal family. And there was another time where he becomes a vagabond and lived on the streets. Do you think, that was God’s plan for Moses? But the scripture says he rather suffered with the children of God than to enjoy the pleasures of sin for a season (Hebrews 11v24). When heavens meet earth for your good or when all the seasons work for your good it is called Kairos. And we need to be sensitive to such moments. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ has given us the best of the moments. Lord Jesus said many longed to see this season but they didn’t see it. As far as the east is from the west, So, far has He removed our transgressions from us. (Psalm 103v2). It is the day where we walk in the presence of God without inferiority complex or condemnation or fear. What a day! This is the day the Lord has made and we rejoice and we are glad in it. This day is the day of the Holy Spirit, a day of redemption, a day of grace, a day of God’s love. It is not the day of judgment. If you are packed up only with the consciousness of end times, you are going to live an end time life. Imagine if you live an end time life, you cannot plan for the future properly, you can’t make decisions properly. Yes, we are end time generation but we must focus on the one who creates all times. If you are the student of the Bible, you will be able to understand cross-connecting the verses and every believer of Christ is supposed to be a student of the Bible. In the above scriptures, king Solomon is talking about natural seasons but however we can apply it to the spiritual seasons as well. Spiritual seasons are the seasons we experience in our lives. Don’t focus on the seasons of your life. Focus on the one who creates the season. People are so focused on the seasons that their whole life goes away in the seasons. Some people are lonely and they are so focused on loneliness that they do not know the benefit and positivity of loneliness. Loneliness makes you to discover your potential. It is not nice to be lonely but loneliness helps you. Did you notice that in Genesis, God did not say Adam is lonely? Adam was not lonely; he had lot of stuffs to do. But he did not have anyone like himself to help him and understand him. And God sorted it. God is the author of the marriage. It was God’s idea. Are you married? Understand the season where you are. Are you single? Understand the season. Are you rich or poor or sad or happy or working or a home worker? Maximize the time you have. He has kept you in a season where if you don’t focus on and understand Him, you will think it is contradictory and its going to be a problem. God wants you to understand the season where you are in. Concentrate on the one who can change the season. The Lord Jesus said in John 9v4; “I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.” He spoke about the timings. Now, this is the Son of God who is the light of the world. You need to understand the seasons of your life. If you don’t understand, you will blame others. Jesus didn’t spend time blaming Peter because he betrayed Him. He neither blamed the high priest for not following the scriptures. Rather, He (Jesus) was focused on the one who makes all seasons who works together for our good. Ephesians 5v16(AMP); “making the very most of your time [on earth, recognizing and taking advantage of each opportunity and using it with wisdom and diligence], because the days are [filled with] evil. “ The scripture says how we should work with our time wisely. We must function in wisdom. For example, any believer who does not live a life controlled by the return of Jesus Christ is a foolish believer. However, a believer that lives a life that is only focus on the return of Jesus Christ is also a foolish believer. Redeem the time. Colossians 4v5(AMP); “Conduct yourself with wisdom in your interactions with outsiders (non-believers), make the most of each opportunity [treating it as something precious]. 6 Let your speech at all times be gracious and pleasant, seasoned with salt, so that you will know how to answer each one [who questions you]. Opportunity passes people by and all they do is to complain. Make the most of each opportunity. It is not over yet until God says so. Don’t rush into conclusions. Your life is beautiful. Your life will not remain in this failed parking lot. Make the most of the time while you are there. Failure is resourceful when you set your focus on Him who makes all seasons favorable for us who love Him and are called according to His purpose. Luke 17v22; “Then He said to the disciples, “The time will come when you will long to see [even] one of the days of the Son of Man, and you will not see it. In this scripture, the Bible says how we should be wise and always be alert. Mark 13v37 says; “What I say to you I say to everyone, ‘Be on the alert [stay awake and be continually cautious]!’. So, it doesn’t matter what you are and what you are going through, maximize the season. Don’t ever think you are wasting time. Don’t forget someone rightly said “It is not the time that is wasted; it is you that is wasted”. So, maximize your season.
