THE UNDERSTANDING Colossians 1v27-29; “To whom God would make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you, the hope of glory: Whom we preach, warning every man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man perfect in Christ Jesus: Whereunto I also labour, striving according to his working, which worketh in me mightily.” The mystery mentioned in this above verse of scripture is hidden and not revealed to all. It is something that needs to be accessed by revelation. It is important for every one of us to know that being a Christian, believing in Christ, coming to church really does not make you access this mystery. But the only way you can access this mystery is by the Holy Spirit.

The bible says ‘Christ in you’ is the hope of glory. In this message, we are talking about procreation of life generated. Many people don’t know that even though they are a Christian, Christ life might not be seen in them. This is the key when the book of Colossians 1v27, when the Bible says that ‘Christ in You’ is the hope of glory. So, it is not enough to know Him or to love Him or plan for Him but ‘He in you’ is the hope of a glorious life. This does not mean your believing either. |
